Replacing words in MS Word 2010

I have a document with the word EMM used multiple times throughout the doc. I am trying to replace it (everywhere it appears in the doc) with the words the Metro.

When I use the replace function, it comes out as THE METRO, all caps. Why does this happen and how can I prevent it?

When doing the replace, click on "more" and check the "match case" box.

Try the following....when you click on "Replace", look for the "More>>" option. Then tick "Match case". See what happens
