Report 2 hacked VoIP numbers ASAP!

A verbally abusive scammer calling up people shouting at them telling them he's calling from Microsoft and insisting that they are using pirated windows.
Says his name is John Brady, demands people to run commands in their command prompt or open his logmein link to "prove" that the windows is pirated.

He has a strong indian accent.

Where does one report hacked numbers?
Can someone please do it. I'm busy with work at the moment.

Probably not hacked. You can get geographical voip numbers for next to nothing. We need to find out who is the provider.

It is like 419 scams. You can't report them because there are so many and they use VOIP services like skype out which doesn't give the same number each call. There are even services that can spoof legitimate numbers.

Just ignore them. They will move on.
