How does one go about reporting an issue?

I am with Axxess on Vumatel and today when loadshedding kicked in, I noticed the flashing blue light on the Raycore CPE after inverter came on. This corrected after some time but then my inverter died. When the power came back it was back to the flashing blue and is still down.

Who do I contact to report this or get an update?

Shouldn't you isp be your point of contact for Vumatel.

Not sure TBH. As far as the cpe indicating a fault, is this not indicative of a fault on the line/hardware as opposed to the network? Sort of what I was getting at. Trying to figure out what the protocol is here. Do I contact ISP regardless and report it to them?

Line has come back up in the interim anyhow.

Your ISP is your contact regardless of the fault they are your link with Vuma.

I had the same with Telkom on Vuma, they said phone Vuma directly because line showed as up. Turned out to be a blown fibre connector on the Raycore itself.

Just a heads up here. Your ISP should always be your first point of contact for everything Vumatel. They're generally quicker at diagnosing issues and also are able to raise a ticket on Vumatel's internal system.
