Reporting Telkom to the NCC

Update

So, mom logged a complaint with the NCC last week, she gets a call from the CEO's office and said a technician will be their on Thursday, no excuses.


I'm rather surprised.

Yes, but I'm super pissed off, the fault was the cable that runs under the gutter was chewed off by rats, I could have fixed that in 5 minutes yet it took 2 months! FFS.

I will buy a tone generator for myself for future faults.
