Who do you think is going to win and who is your favorite?

I think Mormon Romney will win, but the crazy Ron Paul is my favorite. Even though his libertarian polices are crazy, I like the man. He is better than the two-faced big business cookie cut Republicans currently competing against him.

I see Ron came 3rd in the Iowa primary and 2nd in the New Hampshire primary. He definitely is the underdog and I wish Ron the best. None of the Republicans stand a chance against Obama, but the primary race is still entertaining.

Ron doesn't have enough of a Hollywood smile to win....that is how thin the veneer is on Republican politics. The guy with the biggest Colgate smile wins.

I was hoping Herman Cain would still be in the race, purely for comic value...

:D

I don't see Ron Paul winning either, but he still gets my support. The man isn't a good public speaker, unfortunately that sinks best with the republicans.

As Perry found out. I laughed my head off.

Ron Paul may be crazy on a few issues, but he has my support, even over Obama.

Regardless, America loses. The choices they have consists of religiots, anti-science, racist, homophobic bigots and bank bought sell outs.

Lol, so a normal republican primary race then :D

...GOP...go **** yourself..

the other day, i was flipping through all the wonderful entertaining channels that DSTV serves us, and for a second, thought I had landed on TBN....nope it was a Republican Primary debate....- but may as well have been a Evangelical Telecast....- for the all things God fearing sound bites I was hearing. Romney just looks so pained, nothing naturally flowing, even his jokes are rehearsed.....and Newt is just mean looking, and carries way too much extra padding...but guess if Dick could be VP with his cardiac issues....alas.... What I do miss is Sarah Palin, now that is one that could get a crowd of hill billies going...

Sorry, never been a fan of the Grand Old Party....and after the mess of Bush v2.00, 4 more years for Obama...

Ron Paul FTW !!!
:)

I'm glad you're all rooting for Ron Paul; with such impeccable racist credentials it's a wonder he isn't already leading the Republican Party.

Not to mention he's a 9/11 Truther and believes the UN is trying to take over America and shut down all the churches. Yep, exactly the right kind of lunatic to lead the GOP and the USA down the garden path of insanity.

I'm no fan of Obama, but he's a far better choice than any of the certifiable loons the GOP is punting as potential presidents.

You are aware that those letters weren't written by him.

Those views are nonsense, he only suggested that America's middle east policy contributed to 9/11. Anyone would know that all those bases in the middle-east will eventually piss off some Muslim fundamentalist. However he never suggested that America planted the conspiracy.

He is also not for a theocracy, he defends the freedom of religion, he only believes that the UN shouldn't mandate the US what to do, and I fully agree with him, no country should give away its own sovereignty.

We know... Obama > GOP, but out of the current GOP choices, Ron Paul is the most entertaining :D

How does the Dems primary go with someone like Obama? Im having a look at who might be competing against him, but the only people competing are whacko`s. Does this mean he gets it by default or are they going to spend tons of cash like they did with Obama vs Hillary (and go through the whole primary thing like the GOP are doing now)?

It always amazes me at the millions of dollars that are wasted on choosing a particular presidential candidate. Surely, the sensible thing would be to vote for the party of your choice and let their leader be president, like they do in the rest of the world..

I just enjoy watching them say the others are all incompetent scum, then end up endorsing them when they don't make the cut.

I'm not sure which the Republicans would prefer less - a black Democrat or a mormon Republican.

I would rather have a duel system here, but with a cap on the amount of money that may be spend. A democratic president and a republican congress does make things more interesting. The dems had control of the congress under the last 2 years of GW, they ended up fillibustering every issue. The republicans are doing the same now with Obama.

They're all the same. The only guy that has any idea about the economy is RP.

Saw something this morning on tv and these idiots are more concerned about a candidates family values and religious stance.

The same Ron Paul that wishes to apply the faith based Austrian School of Economics?

I would say the only reason why Ron Paul might understand the economy is because he debate with normal economists so often. I think he does see a lot of the issues with the economy, but if his solution is to apply the Austrian School of Economics... oh dear. Good bye America. The damage before they realize how bad an idea that would be will probally cost them more than both wars. You need regulation, you need government... it just needs to be done right. You need competent people running it.

The more transparent and accountable a government is, the more healthy those people will be.

The adverts I see on MSNBC are generally aimed at Romney`s awkward business record :D
