I've been told once before - but I forgot as I was still far away from an upgrade :/

They gave me my last contract 2 months earlier due to average spend being over R800.00 or so - but what I'd like to ask is if that's on THAT contract or the amount debited from my account?

I have two BB contracts and a data contract totally over R800.00 - is that sufficient?
Is there a fee I can pay or something?

Yea the site just gives a date generated by the system :/

That date is August ... but I was hoping I could get in June.

I'll try contact the store

R800.00 on the line that you want to upgrade...not on the whole account. Each line (if you have more than one) is assesed on it own. If the line does not have a avg of R800.00 or more per month...but the account does...then the line does not qualify.

You are welcome to PM me the number and I will check on the system if it qualifies or not.

I upgraded 4 months early due to needing to. My personal line seldom goes over R500. Over all the bill is much higher due to the other line used by SO. Been with ISP a few years, don't know if that makes a difference...

Note it is not on VC.

Then what you doing here you silly woman? Dont you have a kitchen to clean or shirts to iron? :p

If your line does not have a avg spend of R800.00 or more, then the shops wont be able to help as we cant overide the system. You then need to contact upgrades department directly. If they agree and allow it, then they will courier the phone to you.

I asked them via phone when and got told I could, no special requests.

All that is done

Plus all my work too. :D
No PCs or printers needing to be unbroken :D

If Occie can't sort you out (not in the biblical sense, mind you), mail me.

Thanks for the replies, guys!

My contract is probably only R470.00 odd :( and the remaining is the data and another contract. However, I'll PM and see what can be done.

Hello Dobly. I checked on the system and you do not qualify on that line. I also phoned my help desk to see if they could override and manually approve but their answer was no. If the avg is not R800.00 or more on the line it will not qualify.

I see that Jannie has offered to help. Maybe he can hack into the source code and set the field to "Due" :p
