Resolution on some web site

Hi Guys hopefully some one can assist me i recently noticed the resolution (I think) on some of my web sites has enlarged (if this is even possible) for instance on google all the wording etc looks large and when doing a search it some times covers parts of data, I called Mweb (my provider) and they suggested I restore all settings on explore to default, when this didnt work I called them again when the techy suggested I call Microsoft who also wouldnt assist due to OEM software does any one know what to do in this instance I have taken a screen shot to add I just dot know how to

If you are using IE the following setting should fix things:

View -> Text Size -> Medium

or hold down crtl and scroll your mouse wheel
