Reverting 2 ISDN - Charges

Hi,

Just want to know from people who went back 2 ISDN. Did telkom waver the ISDN installation fees? What did they charge?
And what happened to ur ADSL modem?

I tried to negotiate this at our meeting, but they did not even consider my suggestion. Steven White said that don’t want to sit with a useless secondhand modem, and that no blanket statement will be made regarding these issues. They did say that they will consider individual cases, and I suggest you contact Telkom and post the results here. It was truly very disappointing that they did not consider any suggestions from my side to try to make life easier for unhappy users.

I cancelled my adsl within 2 weeks of receiving it.

Yesterday i got the account. Installation, the monthly rental etc. was on it. I will take it up further this week with telkom and post the results.

They have not come to remove the slow link yet.
