outside your window.. no really.. keep looking...
sorry if im spamming but i made a site for developers to review their workplace. if you're interested you can read my other thread where i talk about my after hours project in detail but if you aren't head over to dev-score.com and review your company.

any thoughts or feedback is welcome

I love the whole idea behind the site. Also, I like how simple and easy the UI is. Gets a vote up from me. :-)

i see a few people are putting in the industry or sector of the company in the tags.. i never thought of that i envisioned the tags to be more the tech the company uses.

im going to be adding an industry field to the company showing what sectors the company works in. this will work as the tags do just in its own place.

does that make sense?

Is this anonymous rating or will the company see the rating and be able to respond on the rating?

Just asking.

Also, in the for companies section, at the bottom, it says: We're trying to get an peek at how you do things.

It should be 'a'

thanks will update the text.

nobody will ever be able to see the specifics of one persons review. what they will one day be able to drill down into is the averages.

so if we have a question with 5 choices you'll be able to see 10 percent went for option 1 and 30 percent went for option 3 on that question.

right now we don't have enough reviews per company to display that so im waiting till the results are diluted a bit before making those views public.

if you worked at a company and you they don't have enough screen real estate it's your opinion. the company can't really respond to that.

but if 90 percent of all the reviews say they don't have enough screen real estate then maybe they should look into that...

its not about slamming a company or making them look bad it's about showing them where they can be better....

been working on things from a companies point of view for the past few weeks.

im giving them the ability to compare themselves to other companies and to see details on their reviews. everything is still anonymous and the devs are protected, just letting them drill down and see what percentage of reviews picked which answers for a particular question.

so they can see 80% of people who reviewed them chose option a for question 1 and 20% chose option b. that sort of thing.

also beginning to work on some reports etc.

once again thanks to all who have reviewed their workplaces and an invitation to those reading this who have not to please try it out.

Your css is broken on the search, your input field is getting chopped off.

Been doing it for a while, but yeah i hated it in the beginning.

fixed the scoreboard issue. bit of a problem as I moved some classes into another dll and actually removed an older dll completely. but when deploying it only seems to update files or add them. It doesn't delete files on the server that aren't in your solution.

so when you went to the scoreboard or pretty much any other page it found some classes present in two different dlls and freaked out

The View Details page for a few companies on the scorecard grid has errors as well.
