It has been 2 days now and when I go on my Rain profile it still says queued for RICA. I have sent numerous messages to customer support. I have sent proof of address and an agent has called me saying it will be active within 24hrs.

I don’t have airtime to call and call everytime.
I need this to be activated asap.
