I lost/misplaced my wifi dongle with my 8ta sim in it. How do I deactivate the sim if I don't know the cell number. Would they be able to assist me at telkom mobile store if I provide them with the following details (name, surname, ID) ?

Does deactivating the sim also remove your details attached to that SIM as far as RICA is concerned?

Its a good question. Theorectically, because you rica'ed the number - it should be linked to your ID number.

Maybe their call centre can look up the number based on your ID number.
