Riddle me this Batman

Okay, so luckily the staff at the store were actually very helpful!

We created a new e-sim in store and RICA'd it. When nothing happened for 10 minutes we RICA'd it again, and the system spat out an error message saying the sim card with number xxx xxxx xxx is already RICA'd. I loaded some data onto that number and everything is working.

What this whole exercise has shown is that you CANNOT use MTN's online e-sim portal to get an e-sim for an iPad, and you'll need to double RICA the e-sim in store to get the relevant error message which will reveal the associated cellphone number.

Honestly, a poor show from MTN. They can be thankful for their franchisees.
