Tokenism is still a thing though, just because you have a Clarence Thomas on the bench doesn't mean the court system isn't still biased against black people in the US. Just because Barack Obama got elected doesn't mean there's no systemic racial issues.

And just because you have a black friend on paper doesn't mean you can't still be a bigot.

Nobody is being silenced, you're welcome to celebrate whatever you want. You're just not welcome in the US if you do.

Firstly why would you try to emulate ISIS?

America is supposedly the land of the free right? Does that freedom depend on which political party you support? What politics you believe? Who you disagree with?

This current notion that if you criticise the US or the president you can be barred from the country is so archaic that even King George V would've laughed at it.
