Find this isiot and put him away for life!! This is why we need the death penalty in this country, just to help stop things like this!! People will think twice before just letting loose on someone else!!
 
To be honest, you should never disembark from your vehicle in this kind of situation. It just escalates the situation.
I was once struck in the face by a guy that got out of his vehicle to shout at me. Rest assured, the next guy to get out of his vehicle to cause a confrontation with me will get shot.

The truck driver probably had the same idea.
 
Never disembark your vehicle.

I've heard about so many people that have gotten shot because they couldn't control themselves. Each and every time they disembarked and approached the other vehicle like a tough guy. Just don't do it.

I don't even think the truck driver should face murder charges. IMHO he was defending himself.
 
I find it difficult to sympathise with the road raging arsehole who got out of his car to assault an innocent motorist.
