Well, robbers can steal bikes just as long as they don't hurt the cyclists. I suspect stealing bikes will be a new trend. More poor unemployed people will read this story and others similar to it, deduce that stealing bikes is way easier than a car and then they'll flood suburban areas stealing bikes from cyclists. I suspect that Tracker will in future install tracking devices on those bikes for recovery purposes, R45000 is a lot of money. This all means that in future cyclists will have to cycle only within their gated communities and complexes. This is all sad......
