Shortcuts to various files etc - but is it possible to create a shortcut to a webpage? I want to click one button and link to MyBB

i use objectdock and a few other things on my pc and its so cool.

I had Objectdock for a while, it's pretty decent. I've replaced it with a Yahoo widget called Informer. It allows you to do just about anything you want - icons, folders (it even drops down a folder tree), Gmail/Yahoo/pop3/imap mail notification, cpu/memory monitoring. It's got a smaller form which is cool because I can have it open on top of my other running programs and always have access to it. I just keep my Yahoo Widgets taskbar minimised to the side of the screen because it doesn't have anything else that really interests me lol.

It's easy. In the New Shortcut wizard, when it asks you type the location od the program, just enter the URL. Be sure to check out the useful plugins and apps on the Rocketdock website.
