Rocketnet/OpenServe in Hermanus periodic ping spikes

I'm on an OpenServe line with RocketNet as my ISP.

Playing any sort of online game feels impossible because of these spikes. Is this an issue for the ISP?

Here you can see the constant spikes in the graph and the spread on top. Before anyone asks, I am connected via gigabit ethernet to the router, this is not a wifi issue.

Any help would be appreciated, I have logged a ticket with RocketNet.

Sent, not completed SOL. But tough to get Openserve to acknowledge or change anything. Try the account and see.
