Did you try BT games?
There was also a music shop in Boksburg that sold them. I eventually bought mine as a kit from Junk mail seller (cash direct exchange).

Bt don't sell them either.

Phoned Megarom interactive and they don't sell to the public, they told me to phone music mate and they do have stock.
picking one up later.
