Rory McInerney is Vice President, Intel Architecture Group and Director of the Microprocessor Development Group. Rory leads multiple engineering teams responsible for the development of Xeon and Itanium microprocessors targeting the enterprise, cloud, high performance computing, workstation and storage markets for which Intel has over 90% of worldwide market share. He has been awarded an Intel Achievement Award, holds two U.S. patents and has published 5 technical papers. Prior to Intel, Rory worked for Philips Research in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
