What a year its been for RoseZA, We have had to fight many battles and the learning curve has often come at a very high price, But we are Determined to do this, nothing and no one will stop us, we are here now and we are here to stay.
I would firstly just like to take this opertunity to thank Mweb for being so generous in sponsoring a dedicated line for our game server, they have been extremely generous and great as well as patient throughout the last month or so when we sent our first server box up, and then the second. We will have an official Mweb banner up on the homepage soon.
I would also like to thank Web Africa for the great support we have had in the last few weeks with our web hosting, these guys are absolutely brilliant when it comes to customer care, you can submit a ticket on a saterday night at 11PM and you get the problem sorted in less than an hour, i am impressed and would recommend them any day of the week.
I would also like to thank the Que team members for all the hard work they put into making RoseZa what it is today, especialy T3rminator who has done an absolute brilliant job on our website and forum, he turned it into a master piece and i know i have cut into alot of his social life, he's girlfriend cant be too happy about that

Now to get down to business.
What is RoseZA ?
It is a South African Evolution Server of the Rose Online MMORPG. it is set in a fantasy universe consisting of seven planets. It is story driven and has 4 main classes and 8 sub classes. Some great features include : Player vs player, Clanwars, Raid dungeons, lvl 250 player cap, NPC controlled factions, supply and demand economy. We are constantly working on the game, patches are being made available all the time to bring new content and fix any bugs ingame.
Why is this such a big deal ?
It is a big deal because for the first time ever in South Africa a MMORPG ( other than wow ) is being made available to all players on a very fast local connection thanks to Mweb, meaning it requires only local bandwidth to play, even if you are capped, you can still play. everything about this game is local, from the irc channel, forum, website, patch server, game server, all local. no need to stress and burn away your international cap. We have achieved something that is unheard of in this country, and hopefully we have opened the doors for many others to come in the future.
How can i get this game ?
It is simple, just go to our homepage : http://www.roseza.co.za Everything you need is there, download the client and Launcher from our download section. you can also have a look at our gallery to see ingame footage, we also have a video clip where you can preview our classes. Unfortunetly the registration page is currently closed until the public Launch. I highly recommend you register on our forum to recieve get your name on our newslist, we mass mail via the forums and keep all members up to date on progress of development.
So when is the public Launch ?
The public Launch date is friday the 31July at 7PM. That gives everyone that has not yet downloaded and patched their clients 5 days to do so. As mentioned before, it is a local download so everyone that is capped can still download and patch.
That is pretty much All i have to say right now, we have worked extremely hard to make this possible and we hope we live up to everyone's expectations, We hope the ride is smooth from here onwards and hope to see many faces ingame
