Looking to get a new ADSL router, as my current one is beginning to die.

I'd like one with at least 40mbit download & 10mbit upload.

I'd normally buy from Takealot, but their selection of routers is quite poor, as is their technical information on the listed products.

Any advice/ideas?

I'd ideally like to not spend a huge amount of money on this.

I don't know if VDSL routers are even available yet.

I don't mind importing from overseas. My friend in Canada recently got one there for ~$60 that's 25 down/5 up; so I'm sure there are some available overseas.
