Router Picking up 256km Tower away

Good morning please help me out
Im using N5368X outdoor router my problem is the signal ive got about 10 tower signals around my place the nearest is about 1.5KM away but the router dosent pick them up it only picks up 1 tower which is 256km away how can i resolve this? I cant do video calls !

Where exactly do you get the info that you are connecting to a tower 256KM away?

Is your location displayed correctly?
From JHB I can set my street address within the RAIN console to Cape Town and it shows how far away I am from long street, while connecting to a tower in JHB. You tell the system your location.

Actually, radio waves DO bend and follow the earth's curvature already. Just not as much as some believe.

Radio waves do not travel in a perfect straight line in the presence of large mass objects. Not even light travels in perfect straight lines.

Believe it or not, your choice.

@Marcos 85 , did you ever get it replaced on a new card or something? Are you viewing the old card?
Is this where the stolen CPE is connecting and its still attached to your account?
