Was the router powered off when you attempted resetting it?Yes some lights are showing it is connected but the technician said that i should hold in the reset button for 30 seconds and the lights should stop and then start again but they are doing nothing.
He has an iPhone as far as I can tell. The default IP is correct scotty.dude, with that router surely your IP address should be like 10.0.0.12 or something like that
I've got the feeling pooky's router doesn't like him either... and how is he typing on mybb then?

I would have thought that 10.0.0.1 would be more correct than both 10.0.0.2 and 10.0.0.12, but it is a Telkodemonopolies branded device so anything illogical is to be expected. He has an iPhone as far as I can tell.
