Router refuses to reconnect

This problem is becoming more and more frequent. I have a Huawei E367 modem plugged into a D-Link 2750 router, Telkom Mobile is my ISP. Usually this setup works flawlessly, staying almost permanently connected. Every now and then, however, it drops the connection and does not reconnect until I reset the router. The modem's LED just blinks, like it's trying to connect. Is this a router issue?

Blinks blue or green? If green, please specify the pattern. Is the same as during initial network search, or after registering to 2G network, but before connecting?

Blue, same as when initial network search before connecting, like a quick blink every 2 seconds or so.
