Could you use external Antenna on this modem or not? (Don't usee Paddle sticks)

Router do not have internal antenna, so you have to use external antenna.
I do not understand, why do you say you have to use paddle stick?

From your post "Two paddle antennas inluded in the box need to be attached, otherwise router do not pickup any cellular signal. "
What i had in mind using Poynting XPOL-2 external Antenna, with the unit.
I'm receiving the unit on Tuesday no stock. (otherwise i will use my 618-22d for this purpose.
