Roy is wrong - gets girlfriend arrested

Did she get revenge on the "friend" as well?

Just leave him.

Selling his car you don't own or as some men do, shooting the new boyfriend, or doing whatever other crazy is just not on, just get the person out of your life.

There was a follow up call where he phoned in and said that today he will try and withdraw charges.

I think he is trolling or mentally unstable. I don't think that once she was convicted it is not as easy to get a sentence withdrawn, especially since she is serving it.

To be honest, if your relationship is at a stage where you sleep with other people, you should just walk away. Not worth the effort to try and fix something like this.

Btw - some really bat-**** crazy women phoned in, advising how to take revenge.

She sold his Porsche after break-up and he got her arrested? I think he was right, to be honest. Haven't listened to the audio though so perhaps I'm missing something but there isn't some extra-legal breakup license that gives you the right to destroy your ex's property.

I heard this call and I suspect he was trolling.

  1. You cannot simply sell somebody else's car. At some stage you need to prove that you are the legal owner.
  2. You don't simply "withdraw" charges against a convicted person to have them released from prison a day or two later.

@Humberto
I have some thoughts on your points the "Selling" of someone else's cars is very possible in the less legal side of our market

Ps. Jerry ... Jerry ... Jerry .... :P

It was an M3.... and she walked in on him cheating on her...

Ok so he's a dirtbag but the law is the law.

Yeah, he was cheating on her with her best friend. I wouldn't steal and sell the car of a man with the moral fibre of a rusk! She should have anticipated the kick back!

Yeah she should have just "accidentally" bumped it... into her friends car...

If it's true it's quite a balzy move on her behalf! Equally balzy of Roy to have her locked up! Or is it a bit cowardly? He's quite within his rights but, geesus, BAM!!! Be A Man!!!

Or is it BAM?!!! Bang A Mate?

So his car is illegally sold. Now that she is arrested, is his car returned to him or does he claim from his insurance?

I think you can sell anything provided you own it. So as long as you can deliver the car, by having first bought it, you can sell it.

Of course you are taking the risk that you may not be able to buy the car at a price less than that which you sold it for.
