The Department of Communications (DOC) has appointed a Technical Adviser Roy Kruger, a professional engineer, to ensure that the DOC has full-time expertise available for the duration of the Digital Migration Process.

Kruger provides technical advisor to the Minister on all matters relating to Digital Terrestrial Television and Broadband technologies and heads the Programme Management Office (PMO).
