Hi guys, so I've had my installation done on Wednesday, I think, and I've just checked on your Octotel's coverage map that my area is live.

So why isn't my fibre also not live? I don't get it. It is really disappointing to be honest. I could have gotten most of my work done had I known the area has gone live.

What makes it even more difficult is the staff of Rsaweb doesn't even know what's going on and are unable to give me an answer. I'm strongly considering nullifying my account with them and perhaps going with a different ISP.

Anyone can relate to a story like mine?
 
More than likely Octotel related but your ISP should be able to assist in resolving.
 
My thoughts exactly, but alas, to no avail. I wish there was something I can do.
