Claim to be #1 but try and get hold of them. App not working, tried there helpline - held on for 30 minutes while a robotic voice kept thelling me how they are #1 over and over. Cannot get hold of them from my computor AS I HAVE NO CONNECTION.
Can anyone suggest a good FTTH supplier?

Have you tried the online chat on their webpage? Thats the only route I always use and get help within minutes

Well he opened a thread here. So whatever he used to do that, he can use to open their website

I did try RSAwebs online chat and was told to leave a message and they would get back to me - to date still no reply.
Yes I can use my cellphone browser - unfortunately this is also linked to my wifi. Will have to purchase data to get in touch with them
