Anybody have FTTH with RSAWeb? How are your experiences on the home uncapped package?

Are you on the home uncapped package? What are your speeds like? And most importantly, how is torrenting?

If you can afford Uncapped FTTH, how about shelling out R120 and get a seedbox. Then just download via HTTP and not worry about torrents being shaped.

Why should I fork out R120 if I can get the downloads for free straight from the utorrent program?

because uTorrent use bittorrent protocol which in most cases get throttled/shaped by ISP's during daytime/evening hours. When using a seedbox you will do your download via HTTP protocol which does not get throttled/shaped usually ... save the R120 and just schedule the uTorrent downloads after midnight which most ISP's treat as "Free" time.

I do schedule my torrent downloads for after midnight. But I would like to know how torrents perform during the day (and after hours for that matter). According to RSAWeb nothing is shaped except for torrents, and ONLY if the network is busy.
