RSAweb Support Service Sucks!!

Hi ya'll, so the complex i live in has just been completed and is live. The things is i placed an order with RSAweb a few weeks ago and up until now i haven't heard a thing back from them. I emailed them twice this morning on their website but again, no response yet! It seems as if these ISPs isn't interested in making money because if that wasn't the case than there customer service wouldn't suck ass! Anyways, are there any ISP reps here that can assist me with an internet connection? BTW, the FNO is Octotel.

They are notorius for bad support (especially on the web hosting side, they also run outdated WHM / Cpanel installs.)

Been with them now for a couple of weeks and so far so good. I signed up with them before my complex went live and was promised a 500 discount on my first bill so patiently waiting on that discount. The FNO here in our complex also octotel.

Argh! Now I'm even more pissed off at RSAweb. Shouldn't all customers be treated in the same manner? I honestly don't know what to do now. I need to work from home but due to this i can't.

Any questions I can answer for you?

We have reduced Octotel pricing recently and I believe we are the lowest priced ISP on Octotel now.

If that is not enough we still running the double speed promo until the end of Jan 2021

The irony is that Octo and RSA have the same investment partners and so they should be capitalising on that arrangement.
