how do the things for the feed get selected - is it latest posts?

it appears so, its the newest 15 or so that appear in the list, so u do get the occational rwandom thread that no one answers, but the feed is cool. There is also a fead for the news seen on the front page, at http://www.mybroadband.co.za/nephp/?m=news&display=522
