In what way is Django unopinionated?

Nothing against Django - built 100s of sites with it, but I find there is still a lot of configuration required before you can actually do anything meaningful.

And having worked with Enterprise-level TypeScript at work for years, when I build my own stuff, I am already thinking about scaling and architecting before I even have a working "product" which feels counter productive.
