Run a program off a server so that other people can use it.

We have a SBS 2008 server and have a 1PC license of Project Standard 2013.

We want to install it on the server so that more than one person can use it. Is it possible?

Home PC's have a limit of 1 remote connections.
Server allows 2 but for any more you need to buy licenses at a ridiculous cost.
