Running "cmd" as administrator permission problems

I was wondering if anyone has experienced the following problem when logged in as administrator on a Windows Server 2008 machine.
How did you resolve it ?



I am logged in with an admin account
No Malware or virus infections present .
There were other people working on the server with admin accounts that could have caused this , I just need to undo and fix this .

I hope someone can help ?

try see if you can right click and run as administrator on cmd.exe

Run as administrator gave the error.


Managed to resolve it .
"system" takes ownership of "cmd.exe" file and then from there I manually re-assigned the rights.
