Anyone interested in a running costs thread? I thought we could share our running costs per km. Might be interesting to compare various models and manufacturers.
I'll go first.
2009 Honda CRV 2.4 A/T
Currently on 135k km
Over the last 53477km:
Fuel cost/km - R1.18 (Avg. price/L - R12.90)
Service cost/km - R0.14
Other (tyres, wear and tear, washes etc.) - R0.34
Total - R1.67
With the current petrol price (R14.27/L) the total would be R1.79
