Ryzen 5 7600x Air Cooler

This will easily handle the 7600x, if you don't care about RGB or fancy LCD screens on your cooler etc... then this is the best bang for your buck cooler available at R649 it's a price/performance champ.

Thanks, will give your recommendations to my Step Son.

Yeah that 7600x CPU runs up to 85 C during Gaming and needs proper cooling.

Here's a comparison chart between the A620 Pro ID-Cooling air Cooler and the Fx360 Pro liquid cooler.

Erm.. not to be that guy but, huh?

It's amd, even the normal 400 series deepcool/idcooling single tower coolers can keep those cpus in check well below 85c while gaming, if you have proper airflow in the case without an ambient temp below 25.

13/14 gen Intel is a different story, some of the dual tower aircoolers can even keep an i9 12th gen in check.

Watercoolers without maintenance lasting longer than a block of metal with a fan on it?.. first time I ever hear of it, heck probably the internet too.

Silicone degradation on the cpu yada yada.. aint no way a "gamer" is going to ruin a normal midrange cpu via gaming in its lifetime either unless there's an actual fault with the unit.. ala Intel

If someone is asking a question like that chances are he's not an extreme overclocker either.

I ran a few tests and my 7600x peaked at 93 C under duress.

Just to +1 this
7600X should be adequately handled at stock by any decent 3rd party cooler, in no way is it an extreme SKU needing a liquid solution.

Best bang for buck I'd say right now for cooling would be https://www.wootware.co.za/id-cooli...ck-120mm-dual-tower-black-pwm-cpu-cooler.html
