For the past few weeks my Adsl has been slow to the point where a post takes 30secs+ before it's actually displayed("Thanks for posting you will now be taken to your post") I notified my service provider who notified Telkom.
Guy from Telkom came out and then said he'd go see if there was a problem with the line. There wasn't, apparently, and so he did everything else he could that would potentially fix the problem. Still no result. Asked my service provider what now, just to be told that the fault definitely is on the line. The Telkom guy, however, maintains that he did everything possible to remedy the problem.
So i'm basically at a point where the b1tch from my service provider is going, it's not my problem and the telkom tosser is maintaining there's no more to be done.
Any advice?
