Hi everyone.

So Nougat has been around for ages now. Still sitting on Marshmallow on my Vodacom S7. Has anyone flashed the unbranded Nougat for SA as yet? Any thoughts?

Loving it on my S7 edge.
Did it a few months ago.

I really don't know why I have waited so long. Is the process straightforward? Flash through Odin?
Yeah was a breeze. Just followed instructions on sammobile website under the download.

Just a heads up, I flashed my sister's S6 with an EU ROM ( Samsung official, no KNOX/warranty trip ), and they refused to repair it under ADH - I had to reflash it to the ZA local ROM before they'd work on it.

Might be a problem if you need to warranty it for any reason, otherwise it's fast and stable :)

What reason did they give, it's a pretty simple job to flash a rom, if the issue isn't related to the software what's the difference and why can't they just plug it in and flash the local rom themselves?

Did the same branch accept it for repair once you'd flashed the local rom, intersting that they didn't permanently void the warranty?

So did the update, all well except WiFi calling is disabled or greyed out. On cell network.....used to work on marshmallow....any ideas

Yeah i am in the same boat... Hopefully someone has a solution but I dont think it will work without and XFA modem :(

Battery life is fcked other than that Android 7 looks very nice on my S6

We need XFA version. Hearts that Samsung has rejected Cellc build as another network opposed it.
