SA importing cuban engineers for water supply issues

Well, just like Cuba, all our infrastructure is from 1940, so they are experts.
Actually ours is from the 80s, so it's about 40 years more advanced than they know of. So not sure why they'd want to import Cubans.

This is a ****ing disgrace. We have the skills and the people in SA, yet we have to import engineers from Cuba?

What the hell is with our love affair with that shiithole?
See here and here. Basically we pay the Castro clan to provide a labour brokering service. We pay them handsomely, while they pay their people the minimum and pocket the difference. Undoubtedly some money flows back into connected politicians' overseas bank accounts.

So they've been here since then. And what have they done ? Anyone knows of any worth to mention project that was done ?
Nope as mentioned, this is the sequel. So it's more

It is called payback. We will treat Zuma for a fake illness but then you employ our engineers. Not interested in the masses of white engineers sitting on their thumbs without work because employing them will be tantamount admission of failure for the ANC.

FFS.. I have no issue importing engineering skills to help with the problem.. but Cuba?!?!?!

Bring the skills in from Israel who are recognised as world leaders in water management.

Many of those Cubans are a bit on the pale side. Last time they sent SA university student groups to Cuba the students ran riot, poor Cubans had to tell them to pack and leave Cuba. Do we really want people that discriminate like that coming to SA?
