That's a big call there on the EFF getting more votes than the DA.

DA got ±20%, EFF got ±10% I think? I can't recall.

The EFF can double support, the DA can only lose.

I think I need to rephrase my forecast to;
The DA will lose votes and the EFF will gain votes.

I agree with the final statement. I don't think that the change will be enough to get the EFF above the DA though.
 
For those who want to vote for smaller parties, which ones are the most viable to go for so far (excluding ANC, DA, EFF, VF)? ActionSA looks alright and I a lot of what they say/want.
DA has been crap in NMBM in its second innings here so need to look at other viable alternatives.

Is ActionSA contesting in all municipalities? If so it is an option.

Any party that was part of the coalition in your municipality is an option since there is a chance they would get enough votes again.

GOOD has the very whiny Social Justice Warrior, Brett Herron, as their CT mayoral candidate. If GOOD gets more than 5% in the CT municipal election, I'll be stunned. Bunch of clowns.

Affordable housing projects goes to **** and drags the value of everything around it through the gutter.

Okay with me, as long as it's clear that they are playing political football by wanting to pretend like De lille is standing in their way.
