SA needs ICT skills: Mkhize

The education department must have a deeper understanding of the skills which are required by the employment sector, economic development deputy minister Hlengiwe Mkhize said on Saturday. more
 
There's no need for a deeper understanding. Logic and common sense is all that's needed.

I saw a guy enter our shop with 5 IT diplomas, certificates and the lot, I had to make copies of the docs for him.
He couldn't even open his email account (gmail). He googled his email address.

So again, as above.

That's an exception though; he's over 40.
