Who the f**k gives a hoot what a one three-seat party thinks? :rolleyes: Shame, the desperation is reaching astronomical levels! The DA and the FF are the only ones who understand they are not there to simply rubber stamp ANC policies. Holomisa just another moron who is grateful for whatever ministerial/deputy ministerial position he obtains...

You must be gracious in your defeat. There will be many more battles coming, comrade. If you are struggling to accept this loss, the future ones are going to ruin you. You'll likely still get a few small victories, so it is important to not lose hope. The DA is not going anywhere, and you would save a lot of emotional and mental trauma by accepting their superior logic.

I do however suggest bringing forward your upcoming meditation retreat by at least 12 months.

I do worry about his mental state in the coming period, it's going to get considerably more difficult as his GLM slides further and further away from relevance.

Remind me again how many seats did those parties in the DA's Mooshot have?

I think it's important that we be both compassionate and firm. Even as a paid representative of the ANC who is instructed to tell a positive story of the ANC when none exists, he is still a human being. However we can't actively accept his delusions as who knows the mental spiral he could collapse into? Soon dogs will be cats, up will be down, and the ANC will become the DA.

At that point he will be too far gone. When the Expropriation Bill is struck down by the courts and the ANC struggles to get past 35% at the elections, no meditation retreat will be able to help him

I fully agree.. It might even require medical intervention of the pharmacopia type to restore a level of reality connection.
