No idea, too much disinformation going on so I kinda lost interest until something official comes along.
But it has captured the nation to the point that the likes of Gwaza Mkhonto could find it very useful, which i suspect has something to do with the deployment of the SANDF.
The authorities should probably clear things up instead of letting all these "protests" carry on. I doubt most of these mobs have bothered to find out what happened. Seems more and more to me that this is made up or the perp is a lot closer to the victim. I saw something on twitter that the father or step was abusing the family. But it's Twitter so likely BS.I've seen a lot of people screaming "Justice for Cwekwe" on social media. There's an afriforum link somewhere (I assume the principal is white?). But the media articles I read didn't actually say much. I guess someday someone will write a book and then we will know what the real story was.
FF+ and all the Mulders - What a party and what magnificent men - keeping interest of the nation first.

The electorate sent a clear message: single party rule is over and no one party gets to dictate our policy direction. South Africa needs an era of co-governance, built on the implementation of bold, pro-growth reforms that create jobs and restores fiscal stability.
The DA joined the GNU with one clear purpose: to help grow SA’s economy and create jobs.
To achieve this, the ANC must now demonstrate that it is equally committed to the spirit and substance of sharing power for delivery, reform and good governance: https://www.da.org.za/2025/04/da-willing-to-discuss-power-sharing-with-anc
In the last election, the electorate sent a clear message: single party rule is over and no one party gets to dictate our policy direction. South Africa needs an era of co-governance, built on the implementation of bold, pro-growth reforms that create jobs and restores fiscal stability. That is why the DA signed the Statement of Intent and entered the GNU — we wanted shared governance that prioritises delivery and economic recovery over political convenience.
The DA has been clear and consistent about our position on VAT inside government and outside government. Not once has the DA gone outside of the GNU to lobby support for our position, which is what the ANC did, defining itself outside the GNU.
We have placed, before the President, a comprehensive set of proposals that will unlock growth and jobs. These are real, practical solutions that are necessary and foundational to secure South Africa’s fiscal future — and we are ready to implement them. We look forward to discussing a clear reform agenda for growth and jobs with the ANC.
Since their letter was "leaked", they can settle this whole thing once and for all by releasing the ANC's letter agreeing to most of the terms, which they later walked back on...
Like Champo told us.. ANC voters don't care for jobs/growth. ANC has zero intention of job creation/growth...
I am curious whether the DA will continue with their case, or withdraw their case? It would mean that the accusations are retracted.

My guess after 30 years if they didn't have their fair share... then it would never happen. Their children's children need to eat too...Nah, I think they have every intention of job creation/growth, but only after the party and its connected cadres and benefactors have had their fair share...
