There is a process to be followed. Last I read it would take 90 days to get the bill passed.
Only then can they start putting forward names.

It has been said that nothing is as dangerous as being half educated, I do tend to agree at times.

Such incidents happen with those parents, especially men who happen to be a little exposed to the Queens language through hustling in the big cities and then they go home speaking what they think is big English, thinking they are impressing the village folks and give children funny names.

Then the lowlifes die and leave you to navigate life with that name.

Afrikaners are an ethnic group in the wider Afrikaans community (with other ethnic groups).

Seems India losing in Kashmir to bloody Muslims is taking its toll.

Millions of registered voters, that are actually more than those voting opt to sit at home and not vote for any of the opposition parties, it's not really a strange phenomenon. I take it those are probably DA voters aggrieved about something?
