He also states that the SRD grant isn't going anywhere which is strange given they said they are looking at making it into a basic income grant for unemployed people who can prove they are actively seeking employment.

Nothing to do with the meeting that was happening. It's no wonder he gets irritated with them, asking dumb questions about unrelated domestic issues. Are they trying to shift the narrative because the issues being discussed made the lefties uncomfortable?

True. It's about the money at the end of the day.

With that being said though, Rupert did not lie yesterday and said what some of us have been saying all along which is, the suffering in South Africa mainly affects the majority, be it economic, social or otherwise.

He also on the world stage popped the DA and it's fans' fantasy that they govern like Messi plays ball.

I like him. 🙂

And that's why people get "desperate". Because when they raise these crimes and their brutality (look into it, then you'll get why many people say it isn't just your everyday crime), they are told "BUT BLACK PEOPLE GET MURDERED TOO, WHY ELEVATE THIS?". It's that kind of whataboutism that ends up assisting in the radicalisation of whites.

That's not the point, no murder is above another. But some in this country are actively being ignored, or their existence is being denied.

If the ANC addressed this issue head-on, honestly and effectively, there would be no "white genocide" narrative in the first place.

Noone is saying ONLY white farmers get murdered
But there is the fact that the x in 100000 of farmer assaults and murders is far above the national average
 
Major takeaways from the entire interaction
- the ignorance of the SA government surrounding "kill the boer" and explicit anti-white rhetoric has been exposed. Youtube and international news sites are flooded with those clips from Malema and Zuma, the most prominent take-away from that is that white people are not very welcome in their own country, and that the SA government chooses not to change that pervasive narrative
- South african courts have indifrectly taken a bit of a beating. Once it comes to light that even the constitutional courts have ruled "kill the boer" to be perfectly fine for the top 40 charts , and not the actual hard-core hate speech that it actually is, I think the judiciary might do some introspection. They're not going to come away smelling like roses.
- Ramacouchstuffer has been cut-off from engaging with the EFF and MK as a tactic to keep the DA in check behind their back, within the GNU. At least for a very long while. Steenhuisen's highlight of the extreme nature of the EFF and MK, cut him off at the knees. I won't even give Steenhuisen the benefit of the doubt to say that was his strategy, I think it was accidental.
- The DA can ride this wave for quite a while, knowing the ANC's arrogance has been bitc*slapped down a couple of notches, they will need to tread very carefully to avoid bad press in the international community for a substantial period of time.

I have no love for American Zuma, but I get why he lost it.
After showing the presentation, the reporter's first impulse was "What about Qatari jet".

And I think the only reason NBC, etc, rail so much against the whole 'refugee" thing, etc, is simply because Trump started it. I'm willing to bet R100 that if it were any other president (of either party) that did the same thing, you wouldn't get half of the current response.
