W Cape does not hold all the wealth in ZA . Gauteng is by far the highest and even KZN is higher
Why then is the WC infrastructure budget twice as high as Gauteng ?
Blacks hold more wealth than whites
Having tertiary education is key to wealth
Even just completing high school puts you ahead
Majority of wealth is congregated in the 0 - 49 yo age groups. Ie those who became economically active AFTER apartheid

But who said Western Cape hold all the wealth? I have posted many times here about Gauteng being the Boss province, what exactly are you disputing?

As for what the DA mayors were doing for 8 years,

Well, Solly Msimanga spent his tenure hiring unqualified DA cadres into high positions in the city, When he was exposed he dropped it like it's hot and high tailed it to the province.

Mokgalapa spent his days fornicating at work and talking bad about his colleagues as he laid in bed with another colleague.

Williams was just interested in selling as much city resources as he could to the private sector.

Cilliers Brink made sure all the DA constituencies got services at the expense of everybody else.
