Ok cool.. now what are the consequences for the numerous errors in law from a sitting judge in a vitally important case.

Apparently a law that says, "you may not discriminate on sex, religion, etc" is a law under the famous 142. Stupid nonsense.
? What does the rest of the law say?

Sounds like you're taking Corder's way out by saying they couldn't be racialised laws because there might be clauses like those mentioned, therefore they're not race laws...

It would be a waste of time. This campaign has been full of misinformation and outright lies so their claims get dismissed out of hand. If they were honest they would have added summary column saying how a quoted law is racist.

Read this sample if you want (I am going to guess, like the rest of he peddlers of this index, you didn't bother reading it either, yes?)

Mistakes have been made, bribes have been paid.

The Nulane scam case was one of two matters in which the state tried and failed to seek the extradition of Atul and Rajesh Gupta from the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

None, he/she will reflect on this and take lessons, unless of course there is an indication that the errors were done deliberately with malicious intent.

In the latter case, a top job in parliament awaits.

So no mandated additional training then or further experience generating work by shadowing more experienced judges.

Thats disappointing.

Guptas are involved so bribes would have been paid but nothing is going to happen. Batohi is bleating about her office being captured by corrupt prosecutors so looks like she has decided to follow Ruyter doctrine.

Sample read. Great. Now, which ones of those are you saying is false?

I would even defer to one of the comments there:

Bizarre article. I wrote my Masters on the Marine living Resources Act. I am not sure to what historical imbalances the author refers, as no-one in SA ever before Jan van Riebeeck netted pilchards from a boat. So, to what stage do you want to redress? As it is the Act is abused dramatically for very racist purposes.

Same with almost all others the author claims are not racist. Not allowing access to a resource to a poor white deserving child based on race and giving preference to others can never be justified.
