During apartheid people were educated enough to see that that system is wrong.
During ANC rule people are "educated" so badly that they can not see and understand how bad ANC rule is.

You don't need to be educated to see that you are not allowed to vote, I mean the exclusion and oppression was blatantly clear even for Zuma with his primary school education.
