ANC are running scared of a MONC
DA would need some assistance from other parties , but I think they will get huge assistance from other factions within the ANC

I don't know - there are too many parties (PA, IFP and some others) who seem to just love having the chance of being in government and love the ANC for providing them with the opportunity. But the MONC would be close with DA, FF, EFF and MK surely voting for it. It would unfortunately come down to a number of mickey mouse parties who have no business being represented in Parliament as they only there to get the spoils of elected office rather than being a serious political party. As such, they are easily bribed by the ANC.
 
The irony about the ordeal of Whitfield is, if the DA did decide to leave the GNU yesterday, the same mouth breathing Twitter okes and analysts mocking them, would've burst into tears and raged at the DA...

National government had to intervene because the DA were busy stealing the money and awarding tenders irregularly.

It was discussed at length on this very forum but it was during those days you guys thought people dying of Cholera was a big joke.

It's very simple, they could have laid off the drama and just provided Cyril with a replacement, no one asked them to give ultimatums and make threats, they made themselves look like fools.
